“What I feel for Cafayate is very special, one could say that it’s ewhere the vines touch the sky and where the harmony of the poor Andean soils, the thermic amplitude (very broad between day and night) and the altitude of the Andes make this valley different from any other oasis planted with vines, having incomparable varital typicity with elegance and freshness unique to this terroir.”
