Varietals: 50% Malbec - 50% Cabernet
Vineyards: estate grown at Finca Río Seco, Cafayate, at 5,740 feet (1,750 meters) above sea level.
Yield: 7 tons per hectare.
Harvest Date: varied by varietal, but all during month of March.
Fermentation: short maceration of 48 hours in order to extract color, and temperature control in clean must between 14ºC- 15ºC.
Aging: young wine without oak.
Alcohol: 14,00%.
Acidity: 6,20 g/l.
PH: 3.55.
Production: 3.900 bottles
Tasting notes
Color: ruby-red with a maroon aura.
Nose:fruity, with notes of red fruits, incisive and refreshing.
Mouth:agile and fresh, well balanced sweetness and acidity.
