We strive for a Cafayate, Salta terroir-driven Torrontés with expressive aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, white flowers, and honeysuckle.

Vineyards :Estate Brown in Cafayate at 5,740 feet above seal level (1750 meters).

Vines of 45 years old.

Yield: 8 tn/hectares.

Harvest Date: second week of March. Hand harvested.

Fermentation and Maceration:Cold maceration for four hours, 20 days fermentation at 15C

Aging: Stainless Steel

Alcohol: 13.5 %

Residual Sugar: 4.5 g/L

Acidity: pH of 3.60; TA of 5.47 g/L
