Vineyards: estate grown at Finca Río Seco, Cafayate, located at 5,740 feet (1,750 meters) above sea level.

Yield: 6 tons per hectare.

Harvest Date: second half of March.

Fermentation: pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours. Average temperature during fermentation 25º C. Maceration for 13 days.

Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels; 70% French and 30% American.

Alcohol: 14,50%.

Acidity: 6,27 g/l.

PH: 3.5


Tasting notes

Color: intense, vibrant ruby red.

Nose:red fruits and cassis, with secondary notes of black pepper and hazelnut. The harmonious and delicate notes of vanilla given by the French and American oak lend great structure on the palate.

Mouth:pleasant attack, with a well structured, balanced midpalate. The tannins are intense and round.
