Varietal: 60% Malbec - 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyards: estate grown at Finca Río Seco, Cafayate, located at 5,740 feet (1,750 meters) above sea level.
Yield: 7 tons per hectare; Cabernet Sauvignon 6 tons per hectare.
Harvest Date: second half of February.
Fermentation: each varietal is vinified separately, according to ideal temperature and maceration time.
Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels; 70% French and 30% American.
Alcohol: 14,60%.
Acidity: 5,67 g/l.
PH: 3.6.
Production: 16.921 bottles
Tasting notes
Color: dusty Bordeaux-red, with a black center.
Nose: complex aromas of red and black fruit, with a subtle confit note, elegant and restrained.
Mouth: powerful attack, with sweet juicy tannins. Long aftertaste that accompanies its acidity. Harmonious and balanced.
