Harvest Date: last week of March.
Fermentation: pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours. Average temperature during fermentation 24/25º C. Maceration for 12 days.
Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels; 50% French and 50% American.
Alcohol: 14,50%.
Acidity: 5,81 g/l.
Tasting notes
Color: intense ruby red with black notes and violet tones in the rim.
Nose: red fruit, spicy notes, some chocolate, and a touch of eucalyptus, along with a touch of oak that adds smoke and toast.
Palate: intense attack, medium-to-high structure, with balanced acidity. Robust wine with sweet and firm tannins. Long after taste.
