Fermentation: temperature controlled between 14º and 15ºC.

Alcohol: 13,50%.

Acidity: 6,02 g/l.

PH: 3.6.

Production: 26716 bottles


Tasting notes

Color: vibrant greenish-yellow.

Nose: tropical fruit, citric notes with subtle floral aromas, mainly of roses.

Mouth: fresh, fruity and agile due to its good acidity and long-lasting aftertaste.
